About the Bloc
The Batyr Bloc is a framework through which its members coordinate their foreign relations, act together on matters of common interest, and support one another's development.
It is an association of sovereign members: each retains its own government, institutions and laws, and takes part in the Bloc by agreement rather than obligation.
